摘要 目的：探讨半夏泻心汤联合莫沙必利治疗功能性消化不良（FD）的临床疗效及其对患者血浆胃动素水平的影响。方法：选择98例FD患者为研究对象，随机分为两组，每组49例。对照组患者予莫沙必利治疗，观察组在此基础上联合应用半夏泻心汤治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后中医症状积分、血浆胃动素水平的变化。结果：观察组治疗后总有效率较对照组明显升高（93.88%和79.59%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗后胃脘胀满、纳差、嗳气、恶心呕吐等症状积分分别为（1.4±0.7）分、（1.4±0.4）分、（1.1±0.2）分、（0.9±0.3）分，对照组分别为（2.5±0.8）分、（2.6±0.6）分、（1.7±0.3）分、（1.7±0.3）分，明显低于治疗前，且低于对照组 (P＜0.05)；血清胃动素水平在两组患者均升高明显，且其水平在观察组明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：半夏泻心汤联合莫沙比利对FD患者有较好的治疗作用，可增加胃动素的释放，进而明显改善患者临床症状，提高临床疗效。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with Mosapride in the treatment of functional dyspepsia (FD) and its effect on plasma motilin. Methods： 98 cases of patients with FD were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，49 cases in each group. The control group were treated with Mosapride treatment，the observation group based on that combined application of Banxia Xiexin decoction，clinical curative effect and the changes of plasma motilin levelsthe TCM symptom score were compared before and after treatment between two groups. Results ：After treatment，the total efficiency of the observation group was 93.88%，significantly higher than 79.59% of the control group (P＜0.05); the anorexia，epigastric fullness，belching，nausea and vomiting and other symptoms score in observation group after treatment were （1.4±0.7），（1.4±0.4），（1.1±0.2），（0.9±0.3），and those in the control group were （2.5±0.8），（2.6±0.6），（1.7±0.3），（1.7±0.3），they were significantly reduced，and the observation group compared with control group were lower (P＜0.05). The serum motilin levels of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment，and that in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion： Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with Mosapride has a better therapeutic effect on FD，and can increase the release of motilin，and thus significantly improve the clinical symptoms and improve the clinical efficacy.
