摘要:

摘要 目的：探究中西医结合治疗与他克莫司软膏在治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效，评估中西医结合治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的使用价值。方法：选择80例糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓患者，随机分为对照组和观察组（各40例），对照组患者实施0.1%的他克莫司软膏治疗，观察组患者在对照组患者治疗基础上采用中医辨证治疗，比较两组患者口腔黏膜在治疗1个月后及疗程结束后6个月后的疗效。结果：两组患者治疗1个月后，观察组患者总有效率为77.5%，对照组患者总有效率为55.0%，疗效差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者疗程结束后6个月，观察组患者总有效率为87.5%，对照组患者总有效率为65.0%，疗效差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后6个月随访病情不良反应情况，观察组不良反应率明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：采用中西医结合治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓疗效显著，并且更少发生不良反应，对于患者预后有明显提高。

Abstract:

Abstract Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine and Tacrolimus Ointment in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus，and to evaluate the value of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus. Methods: 80 cases of erosive oral lichen planus patients，they were randomly divided into control group and observation group (40 cases each)，control the implementation of Tacrolimus Ointment treatment of the 0.1% groups of patients，and the patients in the observation group in the control group of patients based on the method of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment，compared two groups of patients with oral mucosa and the effect of the end of 1 month after treatment and 6 months after treatment. Results: 1 month after treatment in the two groups，the patients in the observation group the total efficiency was 77.5%，patients in the control group，the total effective rate was 55%，the curative effect has obvious difference，the results were statistically significant (P＜0.05); 6 months of the two groups after treatment，the patients in the observation group the total effective rate was 87.5%. Patients in the control group，the total effective rate was 65.0%，the curative effect had obvious difference，the results were statistically significant (P＜0.05); comparison of adverse reactions of the 6 months of follow-up after treatment of disease. The overall incidence of adverse reactions in the control group and the observation group were observed. The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group，the result was statistically significant (P＜0.01). Conclusion: the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective，and less adverse reactions. It has a significant improvement in the prognosis of patients. It is worth learning from the majority of clinical medical staff.
