摘要 目的：探讨润燥止痒胶囊联合氯雷他定对慢性湿疹应激反应、炎症反应的影响。方法：选择湿疹患者80例，按时随机数字法分为两组，每组均为40例，对照组给予氯雷他定，观察组在对照组基础上使用润燥止痒胶囊，两组均连续治疗1月为1疗程，比较干预后两组应激反应相关激素水平，干预后两组炎症因子变化情况，统计临床症状改善时间及整体临床效果。结果：术后观察组应激反应相关激素，如皮质醇、肾上腺素及去甲肾上腺水平均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），干预后，观察组hs-CRP及IL-1、TNF-α水平均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），观察组新疹停止长出、止痒时间及皮疹消退时间早于对照组（P＜0.05）,观察组痊愈率高于对照组（P＜0.05），无效率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：针对湿疹患者使用润燥止痒胶囊，可显著减轻患者应激反应和炎症反应，迅速缓解患者临床症状，提高临床治疗效果。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective: To investigate the effect of Runzao Zhiyang capsule combined with loratadine on the stress response and inflammatory response of chronic eczema. Methods: 80 cases of eczema patients on time were randomly divided into two groups，each group had 40 cases，the control group was given loratadine，the observation group in the control group using Runzao Zhiyang capsule on the basis of the two groups were treated for 1 courses in month，after intervention between two groups of stress hormone levels，changes the two group of inflammatory after intervention，statistical time of clinical symptom improving and overall clinical effect. Results: the observation group postoperative stress hormones such as cortisol，epinephrine，and norepinephrine levels were significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05)，after the intervention，the observation group hs-CRP and IL-1，TNF- levels were significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05)，the observation group，a long stop new rash itching and rash subsided time as early as in the control group (P＜0.05)，the cure rate of observation group was higher than the control group (P＜0.05)，no efficiency was lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: for the patients with eczema，Runzao Zhiyang capsule can significantly relieve the stress reaction and inflammatory reaction，relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the clinical effect.
