摘要 目的 : 探究温病学古方中以连翘为核心的药对及其配伍规律。方法:以明清时期中医大家的温病方剂为主要来源,搜索整理含有连翘的方剂,建立温病方剂数据库。运用频次分析与关联规则分析挖掘连翘在温病学古方中的核心药对和配伍规律。结果:共收集342首方剂,其中43首温病方剂中含有连翘。在此基础上统计与连翘配伍频次较高的中药有薄荷、栀子、黄芩、桔梗、金银花等。由此推测其核心药对为连翘-薄荷、连翘-黄芩及连翘-金银花。分析药性后发现其配伍规律以清热药频次最高,解表药次之。结论:初步分析了连翘在温病复方中的配伍规律。常配伍清热解毒药,解表药,再根据扶正祛邪的辨证论治辅助以补虚药。数据挖掘方法能够全面分析连翘在温病古方中用药规律,为连翘复方的临床使用提供理论依据。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective: To explore the principal of compatibility of Forsythia herb in the ancient prescriptions of epidemic febrile diseases. Methods: Taking the prescriptions for febrile diseases as the main source, this paper searched and sorted out the prescriptions containing Forsythia suspensa, and established the database of febrile diseases prescriptions. Frequency analysis and association rules were used to analyze the core compatibility and compatibility of Forsythia suspense in ancient febrile diseases. Results: A total of 342 prescriptions of febrile diseases were collected, including 43 containing Forsythia suspense. Statistics analysis showed that the Chinese herbs with higher frequency of compatibility with Forsythia were peppermint, gardenia, Scutellaria, Platycodon grandiflorum, honeysuckle, etc. The compatibility rule was found to be the highest with the frequency of heat clearing drugs.Conclusion: The compatibility of Forsythia Forsythia in the febrile disease compound is preliminarily analyzed, and it is often compatible with the drugs of clearing fever, and then supplementing the drugs that could improve the immunity. Data mining method can comprehensively analyze the principals of Forsythia suspensa in ancient prescriptions of febrile diseases, and provide theoretical basis for clinical use of Forsythia suspense.
