摘要 目的:优选丹郁消癖颗粒水煎提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验,以丹参素钠含量和干膏率为综合评价指标,以加水倍数、提取次数和提取时间为考察因素,优选丹郁消癖颗粒的水煎提取参数并进行验证试验。结果:丹郁消癖颗粒最优提取工艺为试验药材加10 倍量水,提取3次,每次2 h。验证试验中干膏率平均值为26.85%(RSD=1.30%,n=3)、丹参素钠含量平均值为146.61mg(RSD=2.06%,n=3)。结论:优选的水煎提取工艺稳定可行,可为丹郁消癖颗粒的标准化、规范化生产提供依据。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of Danyu Xiaopi granules.Methods: L9(34)orthogonal test was used,using the comprehensive evaluation result of the content of salvianic acid A sodium and paste rate as index,water amount,extraction times,extracting time as factors,extraction technology of Danyu Xiaopi granules was optimized,and the verification test was conducted.Results:The optimal extraction technology of Danyu Xiaopi granules was as follows as 10-fold water,extracting for 3 times,2 hour each time.The validation results showed that the average paste rate was 26.85%(RSD=1.30%,n=3),and the average content of salvianic acid A sodium was 146.61mg(RSD=2.06%,n=3).Conclusion:The optimized extraction technology is stable and can provide the basis for standardized production technology of Danyu Xiaopi granules.
