摘要:
目的：探讨补中益气汤联合生物反馈电刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍疗效。方法：选取收治的产后盆底肌力≤3级的产妇患者164例，按照随机数字表法，随机分为观察组和对照组各82例，对照组使用生物反馈电刺激治疗，观察组在此基础上使用补中益气汤进行联合治疗，3个月为一个疗程。比较两组临床疗效，并对两组阴道收缩机电值、阴道收缩持续时间和阴道动态压力相关指标进行比较，观察两组患者治疗前后盆底肌力评分情况，并比较两组患者尿失禁、阴道壁松弛、子宫脱垂发生情况。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率为93.90%，对照组为85.37%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗前，两组阴道收缩机电值、阴道收缩持续时间和阴道动态压力无明显差异（P>0.05），治疗后，两组指标均有所改善，且观察组阴道收缩机电值、阴道动态压力上升程度，阴道收缩持续时间长度较对照组明显（P<0.05）；治疗前，两组患者盆底肌力评分无明显差异（P>0.05），治疗后，观察组盆底肌力评分升高程度高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组发生尿失禁、阴道壁松弛、子宫脱垂例数均少于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：补中益气汤联合生物反馈电刺激治疗产后盆底康复疗效显著，提高产后盆底功能障碍性疾病治疗效果，且不良反应较少。
Abstract:
Objective： Explore the therapeutic effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation for postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation. Methods：Selection 164 patients with maternal postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength level 3 or less, according to the stochastic indicator method, each 82 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group using biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy, observation group based on the use of the Buzhong Yiqi decoction , 3 months for a period of treatment. Compare two groups of clinical curative effect of two groups and vaginal contractions electromechanical dynamic pressure value, vaginal contraction duration and vaginal related indicators to compare, observe two groups before and after treatment in patients with pelvic floor muscle strength grading, and compare the two groups of patients with urinary incontinence was flabby, uterine prolapse, vaginal wall.Results： After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.90%, and the control group was 85.37%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before the treatment, two groups of vaginal contractions electrical values, vaginal contraction duration and vaginal dynamic pressure has no obvious difference (P> 0.05), after treatment, two groups of indicators were improved, and the observation group vaginal contractions electrical values, vaginal degree of dynamic pressure rise, vaginal contractions lasting time length control group significantly (P< 0.05); Before treatment, there was no significant difference in pelvic floor strength score between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the level of pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). In the observation group, urinary incontinence, vaginal wall relaxation, and uterine prolapse rate were all less than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion：Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined biofeedback electrical stimulation treatment of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation curative effect significantly, improve the effect of postpartum pelvic floor functional disorder treatment, and less adverse reactions.
