摘要:
目的：分析疏肝健脾解郁汤联合针灸对围绝经期抑郁症患者更年期kupperman评分和焦虑抑郁评分的影响。方法：选取94例围绝经期抑郁症患者，随机分为对照组给予常规治疗，观察组给予疏肝健脾解郁汤联合针灸治疗，两组各47例。比较两组焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、更年期kupperman评分的差异。结果：两组治疗后SAS、SDS及更年期kupperman评分较治疗前均显著降低，且观察组评分较对照组显著降低（P<0.05）。结论：疏肝健脾解郁汤联合针灸可有效改善围绝经期抑郁症患者临床疗效，减轻负性情绪。
Abstract:
Objective ：To analyze the effect of Shugan Jianpi Jieyu decoction combined with acupuncture on climacteric Kupperman score and anxiety and depression score in patients with perimenopausal depression. Methods ：94 cases of perimenopausal depression were selected and randomly divided into the control group receiving routine treatment, and the observation group receing Shugan Jianpi Jieyu decoction combined with acupuncture treatment, with 47 cases in each group. The two groups were compared with the self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), the self-rating Depression Scale (SDS), and the climacteric Kupperman score. Results： After treatment, the SAS, SDS and climacteric Kupperman scores after treatment of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion ：Shugan Jianpi Jieyu decoction combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical effect of patients with perimenopausal depression, reduce negative emotions, so it worth of clinical application.
