摘要:
目的:探讨针刺联合引导式教育对智力低下儿童的临床疗效。方法: 收集76例智力低下儿童,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各38例,对照组儿童采用传统的智力训练,观察组给予引导式教育联合针刺治疗,观察两组临床疗效和患儿智力及发育情况。结果:治疗 6个月后,观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的SPM评分明显比治疗前提高,且观察组SPM评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,观察组DQ明显比对照组提高(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合引导式教育可有效地提高智力低下儿童智力水平。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effect of guided education combined with acupuncture on mental retardation children. Methods: 76 children with mental retardation were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 38 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional intelligence training, and the observation group was given guidance education combined with acupuncture treatment. Results :After 6 months, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), the SPM score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the DQ of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Guided education combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the intelligence level of children with mental retardation, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
