摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨采用补肾促排方案治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍性不孕的临床效果。方法:选取多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍性不孕患者94例，按照治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组（西医药物治疗）和观察组（补肾促排治疗），对两组患者排卵情况、妊娠和子宫功能进行评估分析。结果：两组患者总治疗有效率并无明显差异（P>0.05），但观察组患者治愈率（妊娠率）明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者治疗后，其LH、T水平均显著下降，E2水平均显著上升（P<0.05）；观察组患者治疗后其E2、T、LH水平均明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者治疗后其子宫内膜厚度明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：采用补肾促排方案治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍不孕者，可有效对患者性激素水平进行调节，有利于子宫内膜生长和卵泡发育情况的改善，对于增加患者排卵率和受孕率具有十分积极的作用，建议在临床应用。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical effect of using kidney-tonifying and stimulating regimen in the treatment of ovulatory infertility in women with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods: 94 patients with ovulation disorder infertility treated with polycystic ovary syndrome were enrolled. They were divided into control group (western medicine treatment) and observation group (supplemented kidney) according to different treatment options. To promote treatment, the ovulation, pregnancy and uterine function of the two groups were evaluated. Results:There was no significant difference in the total treatment efficiency between the two groups (P>0.05), but the cure rate (pregnancy rate) of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05); after treatment, the two groups of patients The LH and T levels decreased significantly, and the E2 level increased significantly. The difference was significant (P<0.05). The E2,T and LH levels of the observation group were significantly better than the control group after treatment. The difference was significant (P<0.05); The endometrial thickness of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group after treatment, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Using tonifying kidney to promote the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome ovulation disorder infertility, can effectively regulate the patient’s sex hormone levels, is conducive to the improvement of endometrial growth and follicular development, and is very active in increasing the ovulation rate and conception rate of patients. The role of the proposed promotion in clinical applications. 
