摘 要 目的：观察中药灌肠治疗对慢性肾功能衰竭临床疗效以及对患者血Scr和BUN 水平的影响。方法：随机选择CRF患者100例进行临床研究。使用随机数字法将患者分为观察组和对照组各50例， 对照组患者给予常规治疗。观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上给予中药灌肠治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后血SCr及BUN水平变化。结果：观察组治疗的总有效率为94.00%， 明显高于对照组的78.00%，且具有统计学差异（P＜0.05）；治疗前两组患者SCr、BUN水平无明显差异（P＞0.05），治疗后观察组SCr、BUN水平与治疗前相比均明显降低，且差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），但观察组上述指标水平无明显变化（P＞0.05），治疗后观察组SCr、BUN水平均明显低于对照组，组间差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论：中药灌肠对于慢性肾功能衰竭患者具有较好的临床疗效，能够提高患者临床治疗的有效率，降低血液中肌酐和尿素氮水平，从而对改善患者身体状态起到明显作用。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective: To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema on the clinical effect of chronic renal failure and the level of blood Scr and BUN in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods: 100 cases of CRF patients were randomly selected for clinical study. The patients were divided into 50 cases in the observation group and the control group by the random number method，and the patients in the control group were given routine treatment. The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect of two groups of patients and the changes of blood SCr and BUN levels before and after treatment were observed. Results: the total effective rate in observation group was 94.00%，significantly higher than the control group 78.00%，with statistical difference (P＜0.05); the two groups of patients SCr，BUN levels were not significantly different before treatment (P＞0.05)，BUN level of the observation group after treatment compared with before treatment，SCr was significantly decreased，and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05)，but the observation group the index level did not change significantly after treatment (P＞0.05)， SCr，BUN level of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group，with obvious difference between groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine enema has a good clinical effect on patients with chronic renal failure. It can improve the efficiency of clinical treatment，reduce the level of creatinine and urea nitrogen in blood，and play a significant role in improving the physical condition of patients.
