摘 要 目的： 研究分析自拟平肝健脾汤在青光眼患者临床治疗中的疗效及治疗安全性。方法：选择113例（116眼）青光眼患者作为此次研究对象，根据治疗方法不同进行分组，对照组56例（58眼）给予常规眼药水治疗，研究组57例（58眼）患者给予自拟平肝健脾汤治疗，观察两组患者眼压改善情况，对治疗方案的临床疗效及安全性进行评价。结果：两组患者治疗前眼压水平组间比较无统计学意义（P>0.05），两组治疗2、4、8周后眼压水平明显改善，同治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05），治疗4、8周后研究组患者眼压同对照比较结果明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组患者治疗前视力均值对比差异不具有统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗后两组患者的视力均出现显著提升，两组治疗前后视力水平差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），同时研究组患者视力均值高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者均有不良反应情况发生，但研究组发生率同对照组比较更低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：平肝健脾汤在青光眼治疗中可辅助调节患者的眼压水平提高临床疗效，同时降低了患者的不良反应，预后较好，是一种安全有效的治疗方案。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective ：To study the value and safety of Pinggan Jianpi decoction in the clinical treatment of glaucoma patients. Methods：A total of 113 patients (116 eyes) with glaucoma were included in this study. Subjects were consented and grouped according to treatment methods.56 eyes of the control group were treated with conventional eye drops. 57 eyes of the study group were treated with Pinggan Jianpi decoction. The improvement of intraocular pressure (IOP) of the two groups was observed and the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment were evaluated.Results： There was no significant difference in intraocular pressure level between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). The IOP level of the two groups improved significantly after 8 weeks of treatment, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment (P< 0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the intraocular pressure in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean visual acuity before treatment in the study group (P> 0.05).The visual acuity of the two groups improved significantly after treatment, and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant (P< 0.05). At the same time, the visual acuity of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P< 0.05).There were adverse reactions in both groups, but the incidence in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion：Pinggan Jianpi decoction can help to regulate the IOP level in glaucoma patients and improve the clinical efficacy. It can also reduce the adverse reactions of the patients and have a good prognosis. It is a safe and effective treatment scheme.
