摘要:
摘 要 目的 ：探讨丹参注射液联合曲安奈德局部注射治疗口腔黏膜下纤维性变（OSF）的疗效。方法：39例OSF患者随机分为对照组（n=19）及治疗组（n=20），对照组口腔局部注射醋酸曲安奈德；治疗组口腔局部注射丹参注射液+醋酸曲安奈德混合液，每周1次，两组均连续注射3个月。比较治疗前后两组中医证候评分及血流变指标变化，分别于治疗前及治疗后、5个月检测并比较最大开口度。结果：治疗后两组口腔灼痛感、僵硬感、开口度及纤维条索等中医证候评分均较治疗前降低（P<0.01），且治疗组低于对照组（P<0.01）。治疗后2、5个月，治疗组最大开口度改善值明显高于对照组（P<0.01）。治疗后治疗组低切全血黏度、红细胞压积及FIB含量均低于治疗前及对照组（P<0.05或P<0.01）。结论：丹参注射液联合曲安奈德局部注射治疗OSF可显著改善各临床症状，降低血流变学指标水平，抑制结缔组织纤维化。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To investigate the curative effect of danshen injection and triamcinolone acetonide injection in the treatment of oral submucous fibrosis (OSF). Methods：39 cases of patients with OSF were randomly divided into the control group (n=19) and the treatment group (n=20), the control group was treated with oral local injection of triamcinolone acetonide; the treatment group was treated with oral local injection of the mixture of danshen injection and triamcinolone acetonide, the 2 groups were injected once a week and continuously for 3 months. The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores and hemorrheological indexes changes were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment, the maximum opening degree was detected and compared before treatment and 2, 5 months after treatment respectively. Results： After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores such as burning sensation, rigidity, opening degree and fiber cords in the 2 groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.01), and the treatment group was lower than the control group (P<0.01). At 2 and 5 months after treatment, the maximum opening degree of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.01). After treatment the lowcut whole blood viscosity, hematocrit and FIB in the treatment group were significantly lower than those before treatment and the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion： Danshen injection combined with triamcinolone acetonide local injection in the treatment of OSF can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the level of hemorrheological indexes and inhibit connective tissue fibrosis.
