摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨参苓养心汤治疗慢性心衰的疗效及对心功能、活动耐力、NTProBNP、hsCRP的影响。方法：选取慢性心衰患者120例，根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者使用常规抗心衰药物治疗，观察组患者在此基础上给予参苓养心汤进行联合治疗，1个月为1个疗程，比较两组治疗疗效，对两组细胞炎症因子水平、心功能指标进行比较，观察两组患者NTProBNP、hsCRP、6MWD等指标。结果：观察组有效率93.33%；对照组有效率81.67%，两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗前，两组患者IL6、IL10、TNFα水平无明显差异（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组患者IL6、IL10、TNFα水平均下降，且观察组降低程度较对照组明显，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗前，两组患者LVEF、LVEDD、LVESD水平无明显差异（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组患者LVEF 均升高，LVEDD、LVESD水平均下降，且观察组升高/降低程度较对照组明显，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗前，两组患者NTProBNP、hsCRP、6MWD无明显差异（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组6MWD均增加，NTProBNP、hsCRP均降低，且观察组增加降低程度较对照组明显，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗期间两组均未出现明显药物不良反应。结论： 参苓养心汤治疗慢性心衰的疗效显著，明显改善患者心功能，改善血清学指标，提高活动耐力，且无不良反应增加。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective :Explorethe effect of Shenling Yangxin decoction on chronic heart failure and its effect on cardiac function，activity endurance，NTProBNP and hsCRP. Methods:Selected 120 cases of chronic heart failure patients，according to the stochastic indicator method were randomly divided into observation group and control group，control group patients with normal heart failure，drug treatment on the basis of the observation group patients give Shenling Yangxin decoction for combination therapy，a month for a period of treatment，compare two groups of curative effect，and the cells of two groups of inflammatory factor levels and heart function index comparison，NT  ProBNP and observe two groups of patients，hs  CRP and 6 MWDS indicators.Results: In the observation group，56 patients were effective and the effective rate was 93.33%. In the control group，49 cases were effective，and the effective rate was 81.67%，and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no significant difference in IL6，IL10，and TNFalpha in the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment，the levels of IL6，IL10 and TNFα were all decreased in both groups，and the decrease of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group，with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no significant difference between LVEF，LVEDD and LVESD levels in the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment，LVEF increased in both groups，both LVEDD and LVESD level decreased，and the observation group increased/decreased significantly compared with the control group，with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no significant difference between NTProBNP，hsCRP and 6MWD in both 〖LM〗groups (P＞0.05). After treatment，both groups had increased 6MWD，and NTProBNP and hsCRP were all decreased，and the decrease of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group，with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). No obvious adverse drug reactions were observed in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Shenling Yangxin decoction in treating chronic heart failure is significant，and the new function of patients is obviously improved，and the indexes of serology are improved，the activity endurance is improved，and no adverse reaction is increased，which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice. 
