摘 要 目的：分析天麻素注射液对精神分裂症伴免疫功能紊乱患者外周血Th17相关炎症因子表达水平的影响。方法：选取首发精神分裂症伴免疫功能紊乱患者600例为研究对象，依据治疗方案不同分为观察组100例（常规治疗加天麻素注射液）、对照组500例（常规治疗），比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后外周血Th17相关炎症因子\[白介素17（IL17）、γ干扰素（IFNγ）、转化生长因子β1（TGFβ1）\]表达水平及预后情况\[个人与社会表现量表（PSP）、蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）、神经功能缺损评分量表（NIHSS）\]、不良反应。结果：观察组治疗有效率90.00%明显高于对照组77.20%（P＜0.05）；治疗后观察组外周血Th17、IL17、IFNγ、TGFβ1水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后观察组PSP、MoCA评分高于对照组，而NIHSS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：天麻素注射液治疗精神分裂症伴免疫功能紊乱者疗效较好，可有效调节其Th17及相关炎症因子表达水平，提高患者社会功能、认知功能，减少神经损伤和不良反应。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To analyze the effect of gastrodin injection on the expression levels of Th17 related inflammatory factors in peripheral blood of patients with schizophrenia and immune dysfunction. Method：600 patients with firstepisode schizophrenia and immune dysfunction were selected as the study subjects. According to different treatments，the subjects were divided into the observation group (routine treatment combined with gastrodin injection，100 cases) and the control group (routine treatment，500 cases). The clinical curative effect，expression levels of Th17 related inflammatory factors \[Interleukin17 (IL17)，Interferon gamma (IFNγ)，Transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGFβ1)\] in peripheral blood before and after treatment，the prognosis \[Personal and social performance Scale (PSP)，Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA)，National institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS)\] and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results： The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (90.00% vs 77.20%) (P ＜ 0.05). Levels of Th17，IL17，IFNγ and TGFβ1 in the peripheral blood of the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment (P ＜ 0.05). Scores of PSP and MoCA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，while the NIHSS score was lower than that in the control group after treatment (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (12.00% vs 21.00%) (P ＜ 0.05). Conclusion：Gastrodin injection is effective in the treatment of schizophrenia with immune dysfunction. It can effectively regulate the expression levels of Th17 and related inflammatory factors，improve the social function and cognitive function of patients，anddecrease nerve injury and adverse reactions.
