摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨补肾化痰汤对多囊卵巢不孕症患者卵巢功能、妊娠的影响。方法：选取多囊卵巢不孕患者120例，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组患者给予二甲双胍治疗，观察组患者在此基础上使用补肾化痰汤进行联合治疗，3个月为1个疗程，并进行1年随访观察。比较两组治疗疗效，并对两组治疗前后性激素水平和卵巢功能进行比较，并在随访后比较两组患者排卵率、月经改善、妊娠率、流产、不良反应发生例数。结果： 经过治疗，观察组患者有效率95.0%；对照组患者有效率86.67%，两组差异显著（P＜0.05）；治疗前，两组患者FSH、LH、E2、P水平无明显差异（P＞0.05），治疗后，两组患者FSH、E2、P水平均升高，LH水平均降低，且观察组升高/降低程度较对照组明显（P＜0.05）；治疗前，两组患者B超情况无明显差异（P＞0.05），治疗后，两组患者卵巢体积、卵泡个数、阻力指数均降低，搏动指数均升高，且观察组升高/降低程度更加明显（P＜0.05）；观察组患者排卵率、月经改善和妊娠率均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），但两组流产率、不良反应情况无明显差异（P＞0.05）。结论：补肾化痰汤对提高多囊卵巢不孕患者卵巢功能、妊娠的效果显著，明显改善患者性激素水平，改善患者B超检查指标，提高妊娠率。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:Explore the effect of Bushen Huatan decoction on ovarian function and pregnancy in patients with polycystic ovary infertility.Methods: 120 cases of polycystic ovary infertility patients admitted were selected，and 60 cases were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with metformin，and the patients in the observation group were treated with Bushen Huatan decoction on this basis. A course of treatment was conducted within 3 months and a 1 year followup was conducted. Compare two groups of curative effect，and the two groups before and after treatment of sex hormone level and ovarian function，and at followup after comparing two groups of patients with ovulation rate，improve menstruation，pregnancy rate，abortion，cases of adverse reactions occur.Results:After treatment，57 patients in the observation group were effective with an effective rate of 95.0%. In the control group，52 cases were effective，the effective rate was 86.67%，and the difference between the two groups was significant (P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no significant difference in FSH，LH，E2 and P levels between the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment，FSH，E2 and P levels were increased in both groups，and LH levels were decreased in both groups. Moreover，the degree of increase/decrease in the observation group was significantly higher than control group (P＜0.05). Before treatment，there was no significant difference in the bultrasonography (P＞0.05). After treatment，two groups of patients with ovarian volume，the number of follicles，reducing resistance index and pulsation index are higher，and the observation group each index raise/lower than the control group obviously，the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The ovulation rate，menstrual improvement and pregnancy rate of the observation group were all higher than control group (P＜0.05)，but there was no significant difference in the abortion rate and adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion: Bushen Huatan decoction on the ovarian function of patients with polycystic ovary infertility，pregnancy significantly，significantly improve patients with sex hormone levels，improve the B ultrasonic examination index，increase the rate of pregnancy. 
