摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨滋肾育胎丸对不孕症女性卵巢储备功能及妊娠结局的影响。方法：选取卵巢储备功能减退的IUI患者60例，随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。比较两组治疗前后血清促卵泡刺激素（FSH）、基础窦卵泡数（AFC）以及妊娠结局情况。结果：治疗后，两组患者的中医证候积分均明显下降，且观察组比对照组更明显（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组AFC显著高于对照组，卵巢平均体积大于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组FSH水平低于对照组，E2、LH均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，对照组RI、PI、PSV无明显变化，治疗后观察组RI、PI明显降低，PSV明显升高（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组基础体温向典型方面改变疗效明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组妊娠率为30.00%（9/30）、活产率23.33%（7/30）明显高于对照组妊娠率为13.33%（4/30）、活产率6.67%（2/30）（P＜0.05）。结论：滋肾育胎丸可显著改善不孕症患者的卵巢储备功能，促进排卵，提高临床妊娠及活产率。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective： To investigate the effect of Zishen Yutai pill on ovarian reserve function and pregnancy outcome in infertile women. Methods： 60 IUI patients with ovarian reserve dysfunction admitted were randomly divided into control group (30 cases) and observation group (30 cases). Serum FSH，AFC and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results： After treatment，the scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups were significantly decreased，and the observation group was more obvious than the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment，the AFC of the observation group was significantly more than that of the control group，and the average ovarian volume was larger than that of the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment，the level of FSH in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，and the levels of E2 and LH were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment，RI，PI and PSV in the control group had no significant change，RI and PI in the observation group were significantly decreased，and PSV was significantly increased (P＜0.05). After treatment，the curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P＜0.05). The pregnancy rate of the observation group was 30.00% (9/30)，the live birth rate was 23.33% (7/30)，which was significantly higher than that of the control group (13.33% (4/30)，and the live birth rate was 6.67% (2/30) (P＜0.05). Conclusion：Zishen Yutai pill can significantly improve the ovarian reserve function of infertility patients，promote ovulation，improve the clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate. 
