摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨苍附导痰方联合法地兰对多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）合并不孕症患者性激素水平及子宫内膜容受性的影响。方法：选择218例PCOS合并不孕症患者分为观察组和对照组两组，各109例。两组患者均于月经第5天起给予调节激素水平治疗，其中对照组患者在上述治疗的基础上给予法地兰进行治疗，观察组对照组治疗的基础上外加自拟苍附导痰方联合治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后性激素水平及子宫内膜容受性变化。结果：治疗后，两组患者的PI值、RI值、HOMAIR值以及T水平降低，内膜厚度升高，且观察组患者上述指标改善更为显著（P＜0.05）。观察组患者的排卵率和妊娠率为41.28%和76.15%，明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：自拟苍附导痰方联合法地兰治疗PCOS合并不孕症患者，可以显著的改善患者子宫内膜容受性、胰岛素抵抗以及性激素水平，提高患者的排卵率和妊娠率。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To investigate the effect of Cangfu Daotan prescription combined with fadilan on sex hormone levels and endometrial receptivity in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) complicated with infertility.Methods:218 patients with PCOS combined with infertility were selected and divided into observation group and control group，with 109 cases each. In two groups of patients were menstrual 5 day give adjusting levels of the hormone therapy，patients of control group in the treatment on the basis of the given method of ground treatment，on the basis of the observation group was treated control group plus Cangfu Daotan prescription，compared two groups before and after treatment in patients with sex hormone levels and the receptivity of endometrium changes.Results:After treatment，the PI value，RI value，HOMAIR value and T level of the two groups decreased，and the intima thickness increased，and the above indicators improved more significantly in the observation group (P＜0.05). The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the observation group were 41.28% and 76.15%，which was significantly higher than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of PCOS combined with infertility by the combination of Cangfu Daotan prescription can significantly improve the endometrial receptivity，insulin resistance and sex hormones，and improve the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the patients.
