摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨补肾益气法配合西药治疗不孕症的临床应用效果。方法：选择就诊的IVFET患者160例为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组各80例。对照组采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗，观察组在对照组基础上继续给予补肾益气法辅助治疗。比较两组临床症状及卵巢变化情况，比较两组治疗前后bFSH、 E2、双侧窦卵泡数改善情况，记录并比较两组治疗后优质胚胎率、妊娠率及流产率。结果： 治疗1、2、3个疗程后，两组中医证候积分均明显下降，观察组下降更明显（P＜0.05）。治疗后，对照组RI、PI、PSV无明显变化（P＞0.05），治疗后观察组RI、PI明显降低，PSV明显升高（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组bFSH水平下降，E2、双侧窦卵泡数均显著升高（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后bFSH水平低于对照组，E2、双侧窦卵泡数均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，对照组AFC、卵巢平均体积及子宫内膜厚度无明显变化（P＞0.05），观察组AFC增加、卵巢平均体积增大，子宫内膜厚度增厚（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后优质胚胎率及妊娠率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组流产率比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论： 补肾益气法可有效降低卵巢储备功能低下者bFSH水平，提高E2水平，促进排卵，在辅助生殖技术中对于改善卵巢储备功能低下具有显著的效果。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Yiqi therapy in assisted reproductive technology. Methods：160 patients with IVFET were selected. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table grouping method，80 cases in each group. The control group was treated with DEG，while the observation group was treated with Bushen Yiqi therapy on the basis of the control group. The improvement of bFSH，E2 and the number of bilateral sinus follicles before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The number of transplanted embryos，pregnancy rate and abortion rate were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results:After 1，2，and 3 menstrual cycles， the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups decreased significantly，and the scores in the observation group decreased more significantly than those in the control group (P＜0.05). After treatment，RI，PI and PSV in the control group had no significant change (P＞0.05)，RI and PI in the observation group decreased significantly，and PSV increased significantly (P＜0.05). After treatment，the level of bFSH decreased，the number of E2 and bilateral sinus follicles increased significantly (P＜0.05)；the level of bFSH in observation group was lower than that in control group，and the number of E2 and bilateral sinus follicles were higher than that in control group (P＜0.05). After treatment，there were no significant changes in AFC，ovarian mean volume and endometrial thickness in the control group (P＞0.05). In the observation group，AFC，ovarian mean volume and endometrial thickness increased (P＜0.05). After treatment，the rate of high quality embryos and pregnancy in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05)，and there was no significant difference in the abortion rate between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion : Bushen Yiqi therapy can effectively reduce the level of bFSH，increase E2 level and promote ovulation in patients with low ovarian reserve function. It has significant effect in improving the symptoms of low ovarian reserve function in assisted reproductive technology. 
