摘 要 目的 ：观察益气化斑方对过敏性紫癜患儿的治疗效果及对GdIgA1、NFκB水平的影响。方法 ：选取过敏性紫癜患儿为研究对象，根据其治疗效果分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予常规药物治疗，观察组患儿在此基础上给予益气化斑方治疗。观察两组患儿症状消失时间的差异，比较两组患儿治疗前后细胞因子、GdIgA1、NFκB、免疫水平的差异。结果 观察组患者紫癜消失时间、腹痛消失时间、关节疼痛消失时间均较对照组短（t=4.963、8.191、3.295，P＜0.001）；两组患者治疗前GdIgA1、NFκB水平无差别，治疗后，观察组患儿的NFκB、ICAM1和GdIgA1水平均低于对照组（t=3.638、2.942、4.932，P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗前细胞因子水平无差别，治疗后，观察组患儿IL6、IL17和TNFα水平均低于对照组（t=11.299、9.127、12.981，P＜0.001）；两组患儿治疗前免疫水平无差别，治疗后，观察组患儿CD4+水平高于对照组（t=7.686，P＜0.001），CD8+水平低于对照组（t=16.768，P＜0.001）。结论 益气化斑方对过敏性紫癜患儿有较好的治疗效果，可明显改善患儿的GdIgA1、NFκB水平。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To observe the effect of Yiqi Huaban decoction on the treatment of children with anaphylactoid purpura and the effect on the level of GdIgA1 and NF kappa B. Methods：Children with Henoch Schonlein purpura treated were selected as the subjects. According to the therapeutic effect，they were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given conventional drug treatment，and the observation group was given Yiqi Huaban decoction on the basis of this treatment. The difference of symptom disappearance time between the two groups was observed，and the differences of cytokines，GdIgA1，NF kappa B and immune level before and after treatment were compared in the two groups. Results：The disappearance time of purpura，the disappearance time of abdominal pain and the disappearance time of joint pain in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (t=4.963，8.191，3.295，P＜0.001). There was no difference in the levels of GdIgA1 and NF kappa B between the two groups before treatment. After treatment，the levels of NF kappa B，ICAM1 and GdIgA1 in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group (t=3.638，2.942，4.932，P＜0.05). There was no difference in cytokine levels between the two groups before treatment. After treatment，the levels of IL6，IL17 and TNF alpha in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (t=11.299，9.127，12.981，P＜0.001). There was no difference in immune level between the two groups before treatment. After treatment，the level of CD4+ in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (t=7.686，P＜0.001)，and the level of CD8+ was lower than that in the control group (t=16.768，P＜0.001). Conclusion ：Yiqi Huaban decoction has a good therapeutic effect on the children with anaphylactoid purpura，and can obviously improve the level of GdIgA1 and NF kappa B in children.
