摘要:
摘 要 目的：探索中医药治疗恶性胸腔积液的新思路。方法：在文献回顾的基础上，认为晚期肿瘤胸腔积液的形成与命门水火乏竭有关。结果：以温补命门水火的方法应用于临床，初步发现可以减慢恶性胸腔积液的生成速度。结论：从命门水火论治恶性胸腔积液有望提高中医药防治恶性胸腔积液的疗效。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective: To explore new idea of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods: On the basis of published literature，we believe that the formation of advanced cancer pleural effusion is related to the lack of motive on the water or fire of vital gate. Results: Owing to supplement the water or fire of vital gate in clinical，we preliminary find that it can reduce the formation rate of malignant pleural effusion. Conclusion: The supplement the water or fire of vital gate may improve the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in malignant pleural effusion，which is worthy of further study.
