摘 要 目的:探讨当归补血汤对宫颈癌荷瘤小鼠抑瘤效果及免疫调节作用。方法:以宫颈癌荷瘤小鼠为实验模型(小鼠宫颈癌U14细胞接种于Balb/c小鼠双侧大腿内侧皮下),共40只,将其分成两组,每组20只,A组喂药当归补血汤,B组给与等量的蒸馏水灌胃,持续16周,测量治疗前后肿瘤大小,计算肿瘤生长率。在免疫抑制模型基础建立宫颈癌荷瘤小鼠40只,分成两组,每组20只,C组喂药当归补血汤,D组予以等量蒸馏水灌胃,2周后断颈,取胸腺、脾脏称量,计算胸腺指数和脾脏指数。结果:灌胃16周后,A组存活10只,B组存活3只,A组与B组相比,体重较B组明显增加,生存时间明显延长,根据生存状态评分两组综合评分具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。A组用药4周、8周、12周后肿瘤体积均明显小于B组(P<0.01),A组用药4周、8周后肿瘤生长率明显低于B组(P<0.01),用药12周后肿瘤生长率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。C组的胸腺指数和脾脏指数显著高于D组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:当归补血汤对宫颈癌荷瘤小鼠抑瘤效果明显,对免疫状态有调节作用。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective: To investigate the antitumor effect and immune regulation effect of Danggui Buxue decoction on cervical cancer bearing mice. Methods: Cervical cancer bearing mice were used as the experimental model (cervix cancer U14 cells inoculated in the medial thigh subcutaneous of Balb/c mice), 40 mices were divided into two groups, 20 mices in each group. Group A was fed with Chinese angelica nourishing blood soup, and group B was given the same amount of distilled water for 16 weeks. The tumor size was measured before and after treatment, and the tumor birth was calculated. At the same time, the tumor bearing mice of cervical cancer were established on the basis of the immunosuppressive model, which were divided into two groups, 20 in each group. Group C was fed with Chinese angelica nourishing blood soup. Group D was given the same amount of distilled water for gastric perfusion. After 2 weeks, the first four of the neck broken, the thymus and spleen were weighed, the thymus index and spleen index were calculated. Results: After 16 weeks of gavage, 10 patients in group A survived, and 3 patients in group B survived. Compared with group B, the weight of group A was significantly higher than that of group B, and the survival time was significantly prolonged. According to the survival status, the scores of the two groups were significantly different. (P< 0.05). The tumor volume of group A was significantly lower than that of group B after 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks (P<0.01). The tumor growth rate of group A was significantly lower than that of group B after 4 weeks and 8 weeks (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in tumor growth rate after week (P>0.05). The thymus index and spleen index of group C were significantly higher than those of group D, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: Danggui Buxue decoction has obvious antitumor effect on cervical cancer bearing mice and has a regulatory effect on immune status.
