摘要:
目的：探讨振源胶囊联合心理干预治疗慢性心衰疗效、安全性及对情绪的影响。方法：选取符合入选标准病例120例，随机分为两组，观察组及对照组各60例。对照组给予规范慢性心衰治疗及护理；观察组在规范治疗的基础上给予振源胶囊口服及心理干预。观察两组治疗前后总体疗效、安全性及负面情绪的变化情况。结果：治疗后，两组患者中医证候积分均较治疗前显著改善（P＜0.05），组间比较，观察组中医证候积分各项目及总积分均显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组总有效率为90%，显著优于对照组68.33%（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者NTproBNP及LVEF均较治疗前显著改善（P＜0.05），观察组NTproBNP及LVEF指标显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。两组患者在治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应；治疗后，两组HAMD、HAMA评分均较干预前有显著改善（P＜0.05），组间比较，观察组HAMD、HAMA心理状况评分显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：振源胶囊联合心理干预治疗对慢性心衰可有效改善临床症状、心脏功能,减轻患者不良情绪，改善患者心理水平，安全性较高。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective: To explore the effect of Zhenyuan capsule combined with psychological intervention on the efficacy, safety and negative emotions of chronic heart failure. Methods: 120 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given standard treatment and nursing of chronic heart failure. The observation group was given Zhenyuan capsule oral and psychological intervention on the basis of standard treatment. Observation index the overall efficacy, safety and negative emotions of the two groups. Results: After treatment, the total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P< 0.05), and the items and total scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 90%, which was significantly better than that in the control group 68.33% (P<0.05). NTproBNP and LVEF in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment period. After treatment, HAMD and HAMA scores in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before intervention (P<0.05). Compared between the two groups, the observation group HproBNP and LVEF indexes were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of AMD and HAMA mental status were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Zhenyuan capsule combined with psychological intervention can effectively improve clinical symptoms, improve heart function, alleviate patients'bad mood, improve patients' psychological level, and has high safety, which is worthy of promotion.
