摘 要 目的：探讨玉屏风汤联合针灸治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效及安全性。方法：选取我院收治的变应性鼻炎患者120例，根据治疗方法不同分成两组。对照组应用常规针灸法治疗，研究组应用玉屏风汤联合针灸治疗，对比两组患者治疗结果及对患者的安全性进行分析。结果：研究组患者有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。研究组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗前两组患者的各项症状、体征无统计学差异（P＞0.05），治疗后研究组患者的症状、体征总积分明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：在变应性鼻炎患者进行治疗的同时，对其采用玉屏风汤联合针灸辅助治疗，其临床效果较为理想，同时可显著降低患者的不良反应发生率，改善患者的各项血清学指标，以进一步改善患者的生活质量，延长患者的生存周期。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of Yupingfeng decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods: 120 patients with allergic rhinitis in our hospital were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, the control group used conventional acupuncture treatment, the study group used Yupingfeng decoction combined with acupuncture treatment, compared two groups of patients and treatment results of patient safety. Results: The effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the symptoms and signs between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05), total score of symptoms and signs in the study group after treatment. It was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Paticrts with allergic rhinitis were being treated, the Yupingfeng decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion was an effective adjuvant therapy, which can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the serological indicators of the patients, so as to further improve the quality of life of the patients and prolong the life cycle of the patients. 
