摘 要 目的：研究加味化痰通络汤联合西药治疗中风病风痰瘀阻证的疗效及神经功能的影响，为中西医结合治疗风痰瘀阻证中风提供理论依据。方法：研究对象为110例中风病风痰瘀阻证患者，采用回顾性分析方式进行观察研究，采用西医常规治疗的50例患者设为对照组，对照组的基础上联合加味化痰通络汤治疗的60例患者设为观察组。比较两组临床疗效以及治疗前后中医痰证、血瘀证积分、神经功能缺损（NIHSS）评分，同时比较两组治疗前后血脂指标。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%，显著高于对照组（76.00%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗前后中医痰证、血瘀证积分、NIHSS评分均显著改善，且治疗后观察组均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗前后甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）以及总胆固醇（TC）差异显著，治疗后观察组TG、LDL、TC显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：西医常规治疗中风病风痰瘀阻证具有一定的临床疗效，联合加味化痰通络汤能显著改善血脂水平，缓解中风症状，改善神经功能缺损，明显提升治疗效果，是中西医结合治疗中风病风痰瘀阻证的有效方法。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To investigate the effect of Jiawei Huatan Tongluo decoction combined with western medicine on neurological function in the treatment of stroke with phlegm and blood stasis type，and to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment. Methods ：110 stroke patients with phlegm and blood stasis type were retrospectively analyzed. 50 patients treated with conventional western medicine were included into control group，based on this，50 patients received the Jiawei Huatan Tongluo decoction were included into the observation group. The clinical efficacy，TCM syndrome score including phlegm and blood stasis，NIHSS score，and the blood lipid index of the two groups were recorded and compared. Results：The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (93.33% vs 76.00%，P＜0.05)；The TCM syndrome score of phlegm&blood stasis and NIHSS score were ameliorated after treatment，and were lower in the observation group than in the control group (P＜0.05)；The levels of triglyceride (TG)，low density lipoprotein (LDL) and total cholesterol (TC) before and after treatment in both groups had significant difference，and were lower in the observation group than in the control group after treatment (P＜0.05). Conclusion： Jiawei Huatan Tongluo decoction combined with western medicine can effectively relieve stroke symptoms and improve neurological function for stroke patients with phlegm and blood stasis type. 
