摘要:
摘 要 目的：观察稳心颗粒治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并室性早搏患者的疗效及对S100β的影响。方法：选取64例阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并室性早搏患者为研究对象，最后纳入62例，随机分为两组，观察组(n=31例)对照组(n=31例)。对照组给以胺碘酮片口服治疗，观察组在胺碘酮片服用基础上再联合稳心颗粒，疗程8周。比较治疗前后两组患者血清S100β、HCY水平，评定焦虑自评量表（SAS）及抑郁自评量表（SDS）分数，分析24 h动态心电图室性早搏数及NN间期标准差(SDNN)。结果：治疗后两组血清S100β及HCY、SAS评分及SDS评分、室性早搏数均较治疗前显著降低（ P＜0.01），观察组显著低于对照组（P＜0.05或 P＜0.01）；两组治疗后SDNN均显著升高（ P＜0.01），观察组显著高于对照组（P＜0.01）。治疗8周末室性早搏改善总有效率为观察组96.7%，对照组为74.2 %，观察组显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：稳心颗粒能有效改善阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征合并室性早搏患者的症状，降低炎症因子水平，减少室性早搏次数，改善焦虑抑郁情绪。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Wenxin granule on obstructive sleep apneahypopnea syndrome complicated with premature ventricular contraction and its influence on S100β. Methods：To select 64 patients of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome complicated with premature ventricular contractions as the research object，62 cases，were randomly divided into 2 groups，the observation group and the control group each cases. The control group was given oral amiodarone tablet，the observation group was treated with amiodarone tablet and combined with Wenxin granule for 8 weeks. The levels of serum S100β and HCY were compared between the two groups before and after treatment，the scores of SAS and SDS were evaluated，and we analysis of 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram room premature beat and SDNN. Results：After treatment，the serum S100beta，HCY，SAS，SDS and the number of ventricular premature beats in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P＜0.01)，and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). SDNN in two groups increased significantly (P＜0.01)，but the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.01). The total effective rate of improving ventricular premature beats at the end of 8 weeks was 96.7% in the observation group and 74.2% in the control group，which was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion： Wenxin granule can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome complicated with premature ventricular contraction，reduce the levels of inflammatory factors，reduce the number of premature ventricular contractions，improve anxiety and depression.
