摘 要 目的：研究益气养阴温心汤联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗老年冠心病的临床观察。方法：根据随机表法将110例老年冠心病患者分为对照组和治疗组，各55例。对照组采用酒石酸美托洛尔治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上联合应用益气养阴温心汤进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗疗效、室性早搏数、房性早搏数、交界性早搏数、TG、TC、HDLC、LDLC水平、治疗前后心率和QTd的变化。结果：治疗组总有效率为90.91%高于对照组治疗总有效率的60.00% (P＜0.05)；治疗组患者的室性早搏次数（967.25±395.56）次、房性早搏次数（125.84±47.28）次和交界性早搏次数（153.84±59.29）次明显少于对照组室性早搏次数（1847.54±573.68）次、房性早搏次数（379.73±179.42）次和交界性早搏次数（482.15±164.26）次 (P＜0.05)。治疗组患者TG（1.98±0.31）mg/dl、TC（5.36±0.45）mg/dl、LDLC（2.46±0.35）mg/dl低于对照组TG（2.13±0.33）mg/dl、TC（5.63±0.48）mg/dl、LDLC（2.63±0.39）mg/dl, 治疗组HDLC（1.08±0.38）mg/dl高于对照组HDLC（0.93±0.28）mg/dl (P＜0.05)。治疗组心率（63.57±7.82）次/min明显减慢于对照组的心率（71.44±8.26）次/min，QTd（42.32±15.14）ms也低于对照组QTd（49.46±15.62） ms (P＜0.05)。结论：益气养阴温心汤联合酒石酸美托洛尔疗效显著。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective: To study the clinical observation of Yiqi Yangyin Wenxin decoction combined with metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease. Methods: According to the excel random table method, 110 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were divided into the control group and the treatment group, 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metoprolol tartrate, and the treatment group was treated with Yiqi Yangyin Wenxin decoction on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects, ventricular premature beats, atrial premature beats, borderline premature beats, TG, TC, HDLC, LDLC levels, heart rate and QTd before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.91% higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). The number of premature ventricular beats (967.25±395.56), the number of atrial premature beats (125.84±47.28) and the number of borderline premature beats (153.84±59.29) in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group (1847.54±573.68), the number of ventricular premature beats (379.73±179.42) and the number of borderline premature beats (482.15±164.26) (P＜0.05). TG (1.98 ±0.31) mg/dl, TC (5.36±0.45) mg/dl, ldlc (2.46±0.35) were lower than that of the control group (2.13±0.33) mg/dl, TC (5.63±0.48) mg/dl, ldlc (2.63±0.39) mg/dl, and HDLC (1.08±0.38) mg/dl was higher than that of the control group (0.93±0.28) mg/dl (P<0.05). Heart rate of the treatment group (63.57±7.82) times/min was significantly slowed down in the control group (71.44±8.26) times/min, and QTd (42.32±15.14) ms was also lower than that of the control group (49.46±15.62) ms (P< 0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin Wenxin decoction combined with metoprolol tartrate is worthy of clinical promotion.
