摘 要 目的：研究鸦胆子油注射液对激素抵抗性前列腺癌VEGFC及血清PSA水平的关系影响。方法：针对激素抵抗性前列腺癌患者进行回顾性统计分析，共抽取138例病例样本以多西紫杉醇加泼尼松为基础治疗，将额外接受鸦胆子油注射液的70例患者归为有鸦胆组，将仅接受基础治疗的68例患者归为无鸦胆组。并且对两组病例样本治疗前后相关指标变化及不良症状发生率作为本次临床研究的参考依据。结果：经过48个月不同的临床给药方案，①检测有鸦胆组与无鸦胆组患者血清PSA值分别从\[（59.22±22.54）与（61.28±20.55）\]ng/ml改善至\[（10.66±1.25）与（24.76±10.02）\]ng/ml，存在显著差异（P＜0.01）；且从治疗24个月开始至疗程结束，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。②检测有鸦胆组与无鸦胆组患者IL6分别为\[（464.20±51.73）与（735.46±86.81）\]pg/mg、IL6R分别为\[（79.84±10.27）与（140.51±15.02）\]pg/mg，组间比较差异符合统计学意义标准（P＜0.05）；检测患者VEGFC阳性表达，有鸦胆组患者的弱表达率75.71%明显高于无鸦胆组的44.12%，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：鸦胆子油注射液对激素抵抗性前列腺癌VEGFC及血清PSA水平均有明显影响，与单独接受多西紫杉醇加泼尼松相比有效减少了治疗后期不良症状的发生率。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To study the effect of Brucea javanica Oil injection on the levels of VEGFC and serum PSA in steroidresistant prostate cancer. Methods：138 cases of steroidresistant prostate cancer were treated with docetaxel plus prednisone. 70 patients who received Brucea javanica oil injection were classified as Brucea javanica group，and 68 patients who received basic treatment were classified as none Brucea javanica group. The related index changes and adverse symptoms before and after treatment were compared as a reference for the clinical study. Results：After 48 months of different clinical administration ①There was significant difference in serum PSA values in two groups，it improved from \[（59.22±22.54）vs（61.28±20.55）\]ng/ml to \[（10.66±1.25）vs（24.76±10.02）\]ng/ml，P＜0. 01. From 24 months after treatment to the end of the course，the difference was in accordance with the standard of statistics (P＜0.05). ②The IL6 of the two groups were \[(464.20 ±51.73) vs（735.46±86.81）\] pg/mg，IL6R \[(79.84 ±10.27) vs（140.51±15.02）\] pg/mg，respectively (P＜0.05). The positive expression of VEGFC was 75.71% in Brucea javanica. It was significant higher than none Brucea javanica group 44.12% (P＜0.05). The difference was in accordance with the standard of statistics. Conclusion：Brucea javanica oil injection has a significant effect on the levels of VEGFC and serum PSA in steroidresistant prostate cancer. When compares with docetaxel and prednisone alone，it can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse symptoms in the late period. 
