摘要:
摘 要 目的：分析中药熏洗联合5氟尿嘧啶治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法：选取扁平疣患者84例，随机分为两组各42例，对照组外涂酞丁安乳膏，同时给予转移因子皮下注射治疗，观察组以5氟尿嘧啶联合中药熏洗治疗，对两组治疗效果、不良反应、机体免疫力改善情况、疾病复发情况展开分析。结果：治疗期间两组均未发生明显不良反应；对照组、观察组治疗总有效率80.95%、95.24%比较差异显著（P＜0.05）；与治疗前比较，治疗后两组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+明显升高（P＜0.05），CD8+明显降低，且治疗后组间比较各指标均无明显差异（P＞0.05）。随访1年，观察组复发率0.00%明显低于对照组的11.90%（P＜0.05）。结论：中药熏洗联合5氟尿嘧啶治疗扁平疣效果明确，可有效调节机体免疫能力，降低疾病复发风险，且安全性较高，值得应用。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of fumigation and washing combined with 5fluorouracil in the treatment of verruca plana. Methods：84 patients with verruca plana were randomly divided into two groups，42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with phthalic butylamine cream and subcutaneous injection of transfer factor，while the observation group was treated with 5fluorouracil combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation. Results：There were no significant adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment. In the control group，the total effective rate of the observation group was 80.95% and 95.24% respectively (P＜0.05). Compared with before treatment，CD4+ CD4+/CD8+ increased significantly in both groups after treatment (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P＞0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (0.00% vs 11.90，P＜0.05). Conclusion：The efficacy of fumigation and washing combined with 5fluorouracil in the treatment of verruca plana is clear. It can effectively regulate the immune ability，reduce the risk of disease recurrence，and the safety is high.
