摘 要 目的:观察葛黄降糖汤对于2型糖尿病合并颈动脉硬化患者的临床疗效。方法:选取98例2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)作为观察对象,将入选患者随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予单纯西药常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予自拟葛黄降糖汤治疗,均以3个月为1个疗程;治疗1个疗程后,评估两组临床疗效,观察两组患者血糖、血脂、血管内皮功能、血清炎性因子表达水平及颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)、颈动脉斑块厚度的变化情况。结果:观察组总有效率为95.92%,对照组总有效率为81.63%;观察组临床疗效整体水平与总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血糖、血脂、血管内皮功能、血清炎性因子、IMT与颈动脉斑块厚度各项指标均较前改善(P<0.05),且观察组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:葛黄降糖汤能够有效提高临床疗效,降低2型糖尿病并颈动脉硬化患者的血糖、血脂、血清炎性因子水平,改善患者血管内皮功能。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To observe the effect of Gehuang Jiangtang decoction on mellitus complicated with carotid arteriosclerosis in type 2 diabetes patients. Methods: A total of 98 cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with carotid atherosclerosis were enrolled. All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Gehuang Jiangtang decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The changes of blood glucose, blood lipids, vascular endothelial function, serum inflammatory factor expression level, carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) and carotid plaque thickness were compared before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 95.92% in the observation group, and was 81.63% in the control group, respectively (P<0.05). After treatment, the blood glucose, blood lipids, vascular endothelial function, serum inflammatory factor expression level, IMT and carotid artery plaque thickness were improved compared with those before treatment in 2 groups (all P<0.05), and the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion :Gehuang Jiangtang decoction is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with carotid arteriosclerosis. It can reduce the levels of blood glucose, blood lipids and serum inflammatory factors, and improve vascular endothelial function.
