摘 要 目的：探讨盾叶冠心宁联合丹参酮治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化疗效及左室功能影响。方法：选取120例冠状动脉粥样硬化患者，将其随机分为试验组和常规组，每组患者60例，两组患者均给予常规治疗和盾叶冠心宁治疗，在此基础上，常规组患者不予其他特殊性治疗，试验组患者联合丹参酮治疗，对比两种治疗方式的疗效及对左室功能的影响。结果：试验组患者的治疗有效率明显高于常规组（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗前左室功能各项指标（LVEDD、LVEF、CO）对比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗后，两组患者左室功能指标均有所改善，而试验组LVEDD、A、DT较常规组低，LVEF、CO、E、E/A较常规组高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗前血液流变学指标对比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗后，两组患者血液流变学指标均有所改善，且试验组患者NBL、NBH、NP、EAI各项指标值明显低于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论：盾叶冠心宁联合丹参酮治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化效果显著，可改善患者的临床症状。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective: To investigate the effect of Dunye Guanxinning combined with tanshinone on coronary atherosclerosis and left ventricular function. Methods: 120 patients with coronary atherosclerosis were randomly divided into experimental group and routine group, 60 patients in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional treatment and Dunye Guanxinning. On this basis, the patients in the conventional group were not treated with other specific treatments. The patients in the experimental group were treated with tanshinone, and the effects of the two treatment methods and the effects on left ventricular function were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group (P<0.05). After treatment, The left ventricular function indexes of the two groups were improved, while the LVEDD, A, and DT of the experimental group were lower than those of the conventional group, and the LVEF, CO, E, and E/A were higher than those of the conventional group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the blood rheology indexes between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the hemorheology indexes of the two groups were improved, and the patients in the experimental group were NBL, NBH, NP and EAI. The index value was significantly lower than the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of Dunye Guanxinning combined with tanshinone on coronary atherosclerosis is significant, which can greatly improve the clinical symptoms of patients. It has important clinical application value. It can be used as a treatment for patients with coronary atherosclerosis.
