摘 要 目的：探讨血府逐瘀汤应用于冠心病介入术后心绞痛治疗中的疗效。方法：选取PCI术后心绞痛患者98例，随机分为两组，对照组应用常规西药，研究组联合应用血府逐瘀汤。观察比较两组的临床疗效、治疗前后发作心绞痛时的平均持续时间及发生频率、治疗前后相关血液流变学的指标水平变化。结果：治疗后，研究组疗效高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组发作心绞痛时的平均持续时间及发生频率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组各项相关血液流变学的指标水平均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：给予冠心病PCI术后并发心绞痛患者在常规西药治疗的基础上联合应用血府逐瘀汤，可显著提高临床疗效，同时还可以减少发作心绞痛时的持续时间及发生频率，降低患者各项相关血液流变学的指标水平。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of angina pectoris after PCI for coronary heart disease. Methods: 98 patients with angina pectoris after PCI were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine and the research group with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction. The clinical efficacy, mean duration and frequency of angina attack before and after treatment, and the changes of relevant hemorheology indexes before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the efficacy of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P< 0.05). The mean duration and frequency of angina attack in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05). The indexes of hemorheology in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05). Conclusion: The combined application of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine in patients with angina after PCI for coronary heart disease can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, reduce the duration and frequency of angina attack, and reduce the level of various related hemorheology indexes in patients.
