摘要:
摘 要 “五脏体阴而用阳”是从“肝体阴用阳”观点延伸而出的，同样由此延伸而出的观点还有“肺体阳而用阴”。通过分析“肺体阳而用阴”观点下肺和肝的体用概念不相一致，否定了“肺体阳而用阴”观点，并间接证明了“五脏体阴用阳”观点的正确性。逐层论述阴与阳，体与用，体用与阴阳，五脏与体用阴阳间的相互关系，从而阐释了五脏体用的本质是一致的，五脏之体均属阴，为物质结构；五脏之用均属阳，为功能作用。联系古今众医家学说，分述各脏腑之体阴用阳，从而充分理解“五脏体阴用阳”，并指导临床辨证施治。
Abstract:
Abstract The view of the five internal organs both being substantial yin and functional yang and the view of lung being substantial yang and functional yin both originate in the view of liver being substantial yin and functional yang. The article denies the view of lung being substantial yang and functional yin and gives indirect evidence to the accuracy of the view that the five internal organs both being substantial yin and functional yang by analyzing the inconsistent concepts between the substance-functions of lung and liver under the view that lung being substantial yang and functional yin. It discusses the interrelation between yin and yang, substance and function, substance-function and the yin-yang theory, and the five internal organs and the yin-yang substance-function. It is explained that the essence of the five internal organs is consistent that they are both substantial yin and functional yang. By connecting ancient and modern theories, it separately discusses the substance and function of the five internal organs in order to prove the view of the five internal organs both being substantial yin and functional yang fully and guide clinical treatments.
