摘 要 罗伟生教授认为胃脘痛，病位虽在胃，但与肝、脾关系密切。临床发病以脾虚为根本病因，以气滞、血瘀、寒邪、湿热等为标，根据不同的病因，可分为肝气犯胃、瘀血停胃、寒邪客胃、湿热中阻、饮食伤胃、脾胃虚寒等证型。临床上多见肝气犯胃型，肝气犯胃又可分为肝郁气滞与肝郁脾虚两类，故治疗胃脘痛，罗教授主要以调理肝脾为主。肝郁气滞当以疏肝解郁，理气止痛，肝郁脾虚当以益气健脾，疏肝和胃。并在治疗上独创七方胃痛散，辨证治疗各类顽固性胃脘痛。罗教授强调治疗胃痛一定要分清虚实寒热，在治疗上要因人而异，调和气血阴阳，最终才能达到脾胃气机升降有序，胃和自安。
Abstract:
Abstract Professor Luo Weisheng believes that epigastric pain, although the disease in the stomach, but closely related to the liver and spleen. According to different etiology, it can be divided into several kinds of syndrome types, such as liver qi invading stomach, blood stasis stopping stomach, cold evil guest stomach, damp-heat middle obstruction, diet injury stomach, spleen and stomach deficiency cold and so on. Clinically, liver qi invades stomach type, liver qi invading stomach can be divided into two types: stagnation of liver qi and deficiency of liver depression and spleen, so treating epigastric pain, Professor Luo mainly focuses on regulating liver and spleen. The stagnation of liver qi should relieve the stagnation of liver and qi, relieve pain by regulating qi and spleen, and nourish qi and invigorate spleen and soothe the liver and stomach with deficiency of liver and spleen. And in the treatment of the original Qi Fang Wei Tong San, dialectical treatment of all kinds of intractable epigastric pain. Professor Luo stressed that the treatment of stomachache must distinguish between deficiency and cold and heat. In treatment, it is necessary to vary from person to person, to reconcile qi and blood yin and yang, and finally to achieve an orderly rise and fall of spleen and Stomach and self-safety.
