摘要:
摘 要 目的：探讨脑梗死患者应用消栓肠溶胶囊治疗的效果及对患者NIHSS评分的影响。方法：回顾性分析脑梗死患者112例作为研究对象，将其随机分为研究组和对照组，对照组进行常规康复治疗，研究组则在此基础上进行消栓肠溶胶囊治疗，分析对比两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能评分、NIHSS评分、Barthel 指数以及生活质量。结果：研究组患者进行消栓肠溶胶囊治疗后的临床疗效显著优于对照组（ P ＜0.05）；治疗后研究组脑梗死患者的神经功能评分显著优于对照组（ P ＜0.05）；治疗后2 d、3 d、5 d的NIHSS评分显著优于对照组（ P ＜0.05）；治疗后研究组脑梗死患者的Barthel指数显著优于对照组（ P ＜0.05）；治疗后研究组患者的意识状态、活动能力、语言能力、精神状态等评分显著优于对照组（ P ＜0.05）。结论：脑梗死患者应用消栓肠溶胶囊的临床疗效显著，可有效改善患者神经功能评分以及NIHSS评分，提高其生活质量与预后质量，改善脑部血流状态。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To investigate the effect of treatment of cerebral infarction with Xiaoshuan enteric-coated capsules and its effect on NIHSS scores.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 112 patients with cerebral infarction admitted were randomly divided into study group and control，and control group for routine rehabilitation.The research group was based on the study.The patients were treated with Xiaoshuan enteric-coated capsules，and the clinical efficacy，neurological function score，NIHSS score，Barthel index and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results：Clinical efficacy of the patients in the study group after treatment with Xiaoshuan enteric capsules was significantly better than that of the control group ( P ＜0.05).After treatment，the neurological function scores of the patients with cerebral infarction were significantly better than those of the control group ( P ＜0.05).The NIHSS scores at 2d，3d and 5d were significantly better than those in the control group ( P ＜0.05).After treatment，the Barthel index of the patients with cerebral infarction was significantly better than that of the control group ( P ＜0.05).The scores of activity ability，language ability，and mental state were significantly better than those of the control group ( P ＜0.05).Conclusion：Clinical efficacy of Xiaoshuan enteric-coated capsules in patients with cerebral infarction is significant，which can effectively improve the neurological function score and NIHSS score，improve their quality of life and prognosis，and improve the blood flow of the brain.It is worthy of clinical application.
