摘 要 目的：探究清热理血汤对盆腔炎后遗症患者的临床疗效。方法：选取87例盆腔炎后遗症患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字法分为对照组42例给予康妇炎胶囊进行治疗；观察组45例给予清热理血汤进行治疗。结果：治疗后观察组临床总有效率93.33%显著高于对照组78.57%，观察组中医证候积分、GM-CSF、全血高切、全血中切、全血低切、血浆黏度、血沉率水平降低水平更为显著，血清IL-2上升水平更为显著，差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）。 结论：清热理血汤能有效改善患者临床症状及中医证候，增强患者免疫功能，有效抑制炎症反应，促进血液微循环。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Qingre Lixue decoction in patients with pelvic sequelae.Methods：87 patients with pelvic sequelae admitted were divided into the control group 42 cases，Kangfuyan capsule and the observation group 45 cases，Qingre Lixue decoction according to the random number method.The clinical efficiency of the two groups and its effects on TCM syndrome scores，serum GM-CSF，serum IL-2 and hemorheology were observed.Results：After treatment，the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (93.33% vs.78.57%).The TCM syndrome score，GM-CSF，all the values of whole blood viscosity，plasma viscosity，and erythrocyte sedimentation rate were significantly decreased in the observation group，while the serum IL-2 level was significant increased ( P ＜0.05).Conclusions：Qingre Lixue decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and TCM syndromes，enhance the immune function in patients，and effectively inhibit the inflammatory response，promoting blood microcirculation.
