摘 要 目的：观察枸橼酸氯米芬（CC）诱导排卵周期中出现子宫内膜过薄时应用脐灸联合毓麟珠对改善薄型子宫内膜容受性的临床疗效。方法：160例患者随机分为A组（CC与补佳乐）、B组（CC、补佳乐与脐灸）、C组（CC、补佳乐与毓麟珠）和D组（CC、补佳乐、脐灸与毓麟珠），每组40例。观察4组患者的临床妊娠率和雌激素使用量，比较各组HCG日的子宫内膜厚度、类型、内膜血流参数以及血清雌激素水平。结果：治疗后，D组S/D、RI、PI低于其余三组（均P＜0.05）；各组HCG日血清雌激素水平较治疗前均有显著提高（均P＜0.01），子宫内膜厚度和A型子宫内膜比率D组高于 A、B、C组（P＜0.01，P＜0.05）；D组临床妊娠率显著高于其余各组而雌激素使用量显著低于其余各组（均P＜0.01）。结论：脐灸联合毓麟珠通过增加内膜血流灌注，优化内膜形态，从而改善促排卵周期中薄型子宫内膜的容受性，减少雌激素用量的同时获得更高的临床妊娠率。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the application of umbilical moxibustion combined with Yulin pills on the improvement of the endometrial receptivity in the patients with thin endometrium in ovulation induced by clomiphene citrate.Methods：One hundred and sixty cases were randomly divided into a group A(CC+ progynova),a group B(CC+progynova+umbilical moxibustion),a group C(CC+progynova+ Yulin pills) and a group D(CC+progynova+umbilical moxibustion+ Yulin pills),40 cases in each one.The rate of clinical pregnancy and the estrogen consumption were observed in the 4 groups,the endometrial thickness and type,the endometrial blood flow parameters and the serum estrogen level on day of HCG were compared in each group.Results：After treatment,the S/D,RI and PI in group D were significantly lower than those in other groups (all P＜0.05);the serum estrogen levels on the HCG day in each group were significantly higher than those before treatment (all P＜0.01),the thickness of endometrium and the ratio of endometrial type A in group D were higher than that of group A,B and C (P＜0.01,P＜0.05);the rate of clinical pregnancy in group D was significantly higher than the other groups,while the dosage of estrogen was significantly lower than the other groups (all P＜0.01).Conclusions：The combination of umbilical moxibustion and Yulin pills can increase the blood perfusion and optimize the morphology of the endometrium，thus improving the receptivity of thin endometrium during the ovulation inductive cycle,reducing the dosage of estrogen at the same time getting a higher clinical pregnancy rate.
