摘要:
摘 要 目的：观察桂茯化癥汤治疗微小子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法：选取86例微小子宫肌瘤患者纳入本次研究，依据随机数字法将入选患者均分后纳入常规组与中药组，常规组采取常规西药米非司酮片治疗，中药在常规治疗的同时给予桂茯化癥汤治疗；治疗3个月后，比较两组临床疗效，观察两组患者中医证候积分、子宫体积、肌瘤体积及激素水平的变化情况，统计治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果：中药组总有效率为95.35%，常规组总有效率为81.40%，中药组临床疗效及总有效率均优于常规组（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组患者中医证候积分、子宫体积、肌瘤体积及激素：E2、P、FSH、LH分泌水平均较本组治疗前降低（P＜0.05），且中药组均优于常规组（P＜0.05）；中药组不良反应总发生率为6.98%，常规组为23.26%，中药组低于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论：桂茯化癥汤治疗微小子宫肌瘤疗效理想，可有效缓解患者相关症状，调节激素分泌水平，并可降低不良反应发生风险。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Guifu Huazheng decoction suppression decoction in the treatment of micro uterine fibroids. Methods：86 cases of microuterine fibroids were included in this study,according to the random number method,the selected patients were evenly divided into the conventional group and the traditional Chinese medicine group,the conventional group was treated with conventional western medicine mifepristone tablets,in addition to the Guifu Huazheng decoction suppression soup . After 3 months of treatment,the clinical effects of the two groups were compared,and the changes of TCM syndrome points,uterine volume,fibroid volume and hormone levels in the two groups were observed,and the adverse reactions during the treatment were statistically analyzed. Results：The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 95.35%,and that of the conventional group was 81.40%；after treatment,the TCM syndrome integral,uterine volume,fibroid volume and hormone secretion levels of E2,P,FSH and LH in both groups were lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05),and the TCM group was superior to the conventional group (P＜0.05)；the total incidence of adverse reactions was 6.98% in the TCM group and 23.26% in the conventional group,which was lower than that in the conventional group (P＜0.05). Conclusion：Guifu Huazheng decoction suppression soup has an ideal curative effect on micro uterine fibroids,which can effectively relieve the related symptoms of patients,regulate the hormone secretion level,and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
