摘要:
摘 要 目的：观察解毒清凉汤联合益生菌治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法：从手足口病患儿中选取106例作为研究观察的对象，将入选患者随机均分为对照组与观察组，对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予自拟解毒清凉汤联合益生菌治疗；1个疗程后，评估两组患儿临床疗效，观察患儿的康复进程、血清炎性因子表达水平及不良反应发生率。结果：观察组患儿临床疗效较对照组理想（P＜0.05）。观察组患儿溃疡愈合时间、皮疹消退时间、体温恢复时间、食欲不振消失时间、腹泻消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10组内对比可见明确改善（P＜0.05），且观察组TNF-α与IL-6均低于对照组、IL-10高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组患儿腹泻、便秘与恶心呕吐的发生率均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：解毒清凉汤联合益生菌治疗小儿手足口病疗效理想，可缩短治疗周期，更为有效的改善患者胃肠道症状，恢复炎性免疫反应平衡。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Jiedu Qingliang decoction combined with probiotics in the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease. Methods：A total of 106 cases with hand-foot-mouth disease were selected. All patients were divided into control group and observation group randomly,with 53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional,and the observation group was treated with Jiedu Qingliang decoction on the basis of the control group. After one course of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups were evaluated. The rehabilitation progress,the expression level of serum inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results：The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than the control group (P＜0.05). The ulcer healing time,rash regression time,body temperature recovery time,appetite loss time,diarrhea disappearance time,and hospitalization time were shorter in the observation group than the control group (all P＜0.05). After treatment,the TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-10 in the 2 groups were significantly improved (P＜0.05),and the TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the IL-10 was higher than the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of diarrhea,constipation and nausea and vomiting in the observation group were lower than the control group (all P＜0.05). Conclusion:Application of Jiedu Qingliang decoction combined with probiotics in the treatment of children with hand foot and mouth disease is effective,it can shorten the treatment cycle,improve the gastrointestinal symptoms of patients and restore the balance of inflammatory immune response.
