摘要:
摘 要 目的：分析银质针治疗腰肌筋膜炎患者的疗效。方法：选择316例腰肌筋膜炎患者为研究对象，依据治疗方法分成常规组、观察组，给予两组常规针刺治疗、银质针针刺治疗。结果：观察组总有效率水平高于常规组（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后疼痛评分、生活质量评分均优于常规组（P＜0.05）。观察组酸软无力、肌肉疼痛改善时间均短于常规组（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后腰部功能优于常规组（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后炎性因子水平均低于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论：银质针用于腰肌筋膜炎患者的治疗，疗效显著，可促进患者腰部功能、症状及炎性因子水平的改善。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective: To analyze the efficacy of silver needle in the treatment of patients with lumbar fasciitis. Methods: 316 patients with lumbar myofasciitis were selected as the study subjects. According to the treatment method，they were divided into the conventional group and the observation group. Two groups of conventional acupuncture treatment and silver needle acupuncture were given.Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group (P＜0.05). The pain score and quality of life score of the observation group were better than those of the conventional group (P＜0.05). The time of improvement of acid weakness and muscle pain in the observation group was shorter than that in the conventional group (P＜0.05). The waist function of the observation group was better than that of the conventional group (P＜0.05). The level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: Silver needle is used in the treatment of patients with lumbar fasciitis. The curative effect is significant，which can promote the improvement of waist function，symptoms and inflammatory factors.
