摘要:
摘 要 目的:探讨清肝明目丸的抗炎抗菌作用。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀模型和冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进模型,观察清肝明目丸的抗炎作用;通过体外抗菌实验,观察清肝明目丸的抗菌作用。结果:二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀实验,清肝明目丸组、模型组的耳肿胀度分别是(5.78±2.57)mg、(8.75±2.15)mg,清肝明目丸对二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀有明显的抑制作用。冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进实验,清肝明目丸组、模型组的OD值分别为(0.221±0.049)、(0.303±0.051),清肝明目丸能减轻冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进的炎症反应;体外抑菌实验显示其对多种细菌有抗菌作用,抗菌效果依次为:金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌>白色假丝酵母菌>铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希氏菌。体内抗菌实验显示清肝明目丸对金黄色葡萄球菌致死小鼠具有明显的保护作用,MIC为7.81 mg/ml,MBC为15.63 mg/ml。结论:清肝明目丸具有一定的抗炎、抗菌作用。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To investigate the antiinflammatory and antibacterial effects of Qinggan Mingmu pellets.Methods:Antiinflammatory effect of Qinggan Mingmu pellets was observed by using xyleneinduced auricle swelling model and glacial acetic acidinduced hypercapillary permeability model in mice,and the antibacterial effectof Qinggan Mingmu pellets was observed by in vitro antimicrobial experiment.Result:Xyleneinduced ear swelling in mice,the ear swelling degree of Qinggan Mingmu pill group and model group was (5.78±2.57)mg and (8.75±2.15)mg,respectively.Qinggan Mingmu pellets could obviously inhibit auricle swelling induced by xylene in mice.Experiment on hyperperitoneal capillary permeability induced by glacial acetic acid in mice OD values of Qinggan Mingmu pill group and model group were (0.221±0.049)and (0.303±0.051),respectively,Qinggan Mingmu pill can reduce the inflammation of peritoneal capillary hyperpermeability induced by glacial acetic acid in mice.In vitro bacteriostasis experiments showed that Qinggan Mingmu pellets had antimicrobial effects on a variety of bacteria,the antimicrobial effects were as follows staphylococcus aureus,streptococcus hemolyticus B>candida albicans>pseudomonas aeruginosa and escherichia coli.In vivo antimicrobial test showed that Qinggan Mingmu pellets had obvious protective effect on mice killed by staphylococcus aureus,MIC was 7.81 mg/ml and MBC was 15.63 mg/ml.Conclusion:Qinggan Mingmu pellets has certain antiinflammatory and antibacterial effects.
