摘要:
摘 要 目的：痰热清联合左氧氟沙星对老年肺炎患者血清炎症因子水平及肺功能的影响。方法：选取120例老年肺炎患者，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和痰热清组，各60例。对照组使用盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液，痰热清组在对照组的基础上使用痰热清注射液。对两组治疗后进行疗效评价，比较两组患者的临床症状消失时间，治疗后阴影吸收比率。比较两组患者治疗前后血清炎症因子水平和肺功能的变化。结果：治疗后，对照组的治疗总有效率显著高于痰热清组（P＜0.05）。痰热清组的发热、肺部啰音和咳嗽消失时间均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05），阴影吸收率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后，对照组和痰热清组CRP、PCT和IL8水平均显著降低（P＜0.05），其中痰热清组变化更大（P＜0.05）。治疗后对照组和痰热清组FEV1、MVV和FVC水平均显著增加（P＜0.05），其中痰热清组变化更大（P＜0.05）。结论：痰热清联合左氧氟沙星治疗老年肺炎，能够缩短患者的临床症状消失时间，改善血清炎症因子水平及肺功能，且疗效较好。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:To investigate the effects of Tanreqing and levofloxacin on serum inflammatory factor levels and lung function in elderly patients with pneumonia.Methods：120 elderly patients with pneumonia were randomly divided into the control group and the Tanreqing group,60 cases each.The control group was treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride injection,and the Tanreqing group was treated with Tanreqing injection on the basis of the control group.The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated after treatment,and the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms and the ratio of shadow absorption after treatment were compared between the two groups.Changes in serum inflammatory factor levels and lung function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the Tanreqing group (P＜0.05).The fever,lung sound and cough disappeared in the Tanreqing group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05).The shadow absorption rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,PCT and IL8 in the control group and the Tanreqing group were significantly lower (P＜0.05),and the changes in the Tanreqing group were greater (P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of FEV1,MVV and FVC in the control group and the Tanreqing group increased significantly (P＜0.05).The changes in the group were more significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Tanreqing combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of pneumonia in the elderly can shorten the time of clinical symptoms disappearance,improve serum inflammatory factor levels and lung function,and the curative effect is better.
