摘 要 目的：研究苍术方治疗儿童功能性便秘（FC）的有效性和安全性。方法：选择FC患儿共82例，分为苍术方组（44例）与乳果糖组（38例），分别给予苍术方免煎颗粒及乳果糖口服液治疗2周，比较两组患儿治疗前后便秘症状积分和疗效，观察不良反应发生情况。结果：两组患儿治疗1周和2周时便秘症状积分均明显下降，与治疗前比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。停药2周时，苍术方组便秘症状积分仍保持较低水平，而乳果糖组积分显著回升（P＜0.01），苍术方组显效率高于乳果糖组（P＜0.01），观察期间两组均无不良反应发生。结论：苍术方治疗儿童FC疗效较好，短期内无复发，无不良反应。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To study the efficacy and safety of Cangzhu prescription for the treatment of functional constipation in children.Methods:82 children with functional constipation were choosen as study objects.They were divided into Cangzhu prescription group (44 cases) and lactulose group (38 cases).The patients were treated with Cangzhu prescription free fried granules or lactulose solution for 2 weeks.The symptoms and scores of constipation before and after treatment,as well as the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups,the adverse reactions were observed.Results:In both groups,the scores of constipation symptoms were decreased significantly after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,compared with the baseline scores,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01).At 2 weeks of drug withdrawal,the scores of Cangzhu prescription remained low,while the scores of lactulose group increased significantly (P＜0.01).The effective rate in Cangzhu prescription group was higher than that of lactulose group (P＜0.01).No adverse events occurred during the treatment in either group.Conclusion:Cangzhu prescription is effective in children with functional constipation and no recurrence after withdrawal in shortterm,no adverse reactions.
