摘 要 目的：探讨补中益气丸和生物电刺激联合康复训练在产后盆底功能康复方面的临床治疗效果。方法：选取96例分娩产妇，随机分为对照组和观察组，各48例。对照组给予常规康复训练治疗，观察组在此基础上给予生物电刺激联合补中益气丸治疗。比较两组治疗4、6周后阴道收缩压、静息压、持续收缩时间，治疗前后盆底肌力恢复情况。观察治疗后压力性尿失禁 (SUI)发生率、尿道内口漏斗形成率及桡动脉血血气及性生活情况。结果：观察组治疗6周后阴道收缩压、静息压及持续收缩时间均高于或长于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗后Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类纤维肌力分级均优于治疗前及对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后两组盆底超声的Mu、Br、Bs、Ar、As和θ指标值均比治疗前下降，观察组下降更加明显（P＜0.05）。观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后观察组SUI、尿道内口漏斗形成率明显低于对照组，桡动脉血血气指标明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后观察组高水平性生活质量率明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：补中益气丸、生物电刺激联合康复训练可提高产后盆底功能障碍产妇的阴道收缩压及静息压，延长阴道持续收缩时间，提高盆底肌力，临床疗效较好。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi pill combined with bioelectric stimulation rehabilitation training on postpartum pelvic floor function rehabilitation.Methods：96 parturients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,48 cases each.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group was treated with bioelectric stimulation combined with Buzhong Yiqi pill.Vaginal systolic pressure,resting pressure and duration of continuous contraction were compared between the two groups after 4 and 6 weeks of treatment,and pelvic floor muscle strength was restored before and after treatment.The incidence of stress urinary incontinence (SUI),the formation rate of funnel in urethral orifice,blood gas of radial artery and sexual life were observed after treatment.Results：The vaginal systolic pressure,resting pressure and persistent systolic time in the observation group were higher or longer than those in the control group after 6 weeks of treatment (P＜0.05),and the grade of type I and II fibromuscular strength in the observation group were better than those before treatment and in the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the values of MU,Br,Bs,Ar,As and theta of pelvic floor ultrasound in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the SUI and funnel formation rate of internal urethral orifice in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the blood gas index of radial artery was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the rate of highlevel sexual quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion：Buzhong Yiqi pill and bioelectric stimulation combined with rehabilitation training can improve vaginal systolic pressure and resting pressure of postpartum women with pelvic floor dysfunction,prolong the duration of vaginal continuous contraction and improve pelvic floor muscle strength.The clinical effect is remarkable,and it is 〖LM〗worth popularizing and applying.
