摘要:
摘 要 目的：分析中药熏洗对膝关节骨性关节炎（KOA）患者膝关节功能、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、软骨寡聚基质蛋白（COMP）水平的影响。方法：选取KOA患者84例，根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用热水熏洗，观察组患者采用中药熏洗（方用制川乌、制草乌、川芎各6 g，川牛膝、红花、透骨草、当归、伸筋草、威灵仙、桑寄生、苏木、羌活、独活、乳香、没药各10 g）。分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果：治疗4周后，观察组患者VAS评分（1.10±0.54）分低于对照组（2.36±0.78）分；Lysholm＇s膝关节评分（89.21±7.68）分高于对照组（78.51±7.11）分；组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05)。治疗后，观察组患者血清NFKB、COMP、VEGF及关节滑液HIF1α、MMP13水平低于对照组，关节滑液BCL2水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05)。结论：中药熏洗治疗KOA可降低VEGF、COMP的表达水平，减轻患者疼痛，改善膝关节功能。
Abstract:
Abstract Objective:Analyze the effects of fumigation and washing of Chinese medicine on knee function,vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) in patients with osteoarthritis.Methods:84 patients with KOA were divided into two groups,control group and observation group.Control group were treated by hot water fumigation,the observation group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine fumigation (Chuanwu,Zhicaowu,Chuanqiong 6 g,Chuanniuxi,Honghua,Tougucao,Danggui,Shenjincao,Weilingxian,Sangjisheng,Sumu Qianghuo,Duhuo,Ruxiang,Moyao 10 g).Analyze the clinical effect of two groups of patients after treatment.Results:4 weeks later,the VAS score (1.10±0.54) of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (2.36±0.78),and the Lysholm's knee score (89.21±7.68) was higher than that of the control group (78.51±7.11),with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Before treatment,the two groups of patients with NF kappa B,COMP,joint synovial fluid,COMP,and joint synovial fluid.There was no significant difference in the level of 3 (P＞0.05).After 4 weeks,the serum NF kappa B,COMP,VE in the observation group were significantly different.The levels of GF,HIF1 α and MMP13 in synovial fluid were lower than those in control group,and the level of BCL2 in synovial fluid was higher than that in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine fumigation and washing therapy can reduce the expression of VEGF concomp,relieve pain and improve knee function.
