摘 要 目的：探究痰热清注射液对支气管扩张患者FEV1、FVC及PEF水平的影响及治疗效果。 方法：将80例支气管扩张随机数法对其进行分组，观察组和对照组分别40例。对照组患者采取常规治疗方法，观察组患者在接受常规治疗的基础上加用痰热清注射液。对两组患者治疗前后三项肺功能相关指标（FEV1、FVC和PEF）、炎症指标（CRP、WBC和NEU%）以及治疗总有效率进行对比分析。 结果：两组患者治疗后肺功能相关指标较治疗前均有显著提高（P＜0.05），且观察组患者这三项指标较对照组存在显著性差异（P＜0.05）；治疗10 d后两组患者的炎症相关指标也较治疗前存在统计学差异（P＜0.05）。除NEU%外，观察组患者治疗后的另外两项指标与同一时期对照组也存在统计学差异（P＜0.05）；观察组总有效率显著高于对照组，且存在统计学差异（P＜0.05）。 结论：痰热清注射液在治疗支气管扩张中具有良好的临床效果，值得应用。
Abstract:
Abstract 〖HT5”SS〗Objective：To explore the effect of Tanreqing injection on the levels of FEV1，FVC and PEF in patients with bronchiectasis and its therapeutic effect. Methods：80 patients with bronchiectasis were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases respectively. Patients in the control group received conventional treatment，and patients in the observation group were treated with Tanreqing injection on the basis of conventional treatment. Three indicators related to lung function （FEV1，FVC and PEF） and inflammatory indicators （CRP，WBC and NEU%） before and after treatment in the two groups were compared and analyzed，as well as the overall effect after treatment. Results：After 10 days of treatment，lung function related indicators in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment （P＜0.05），and the three indicators in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group （P＜0.05）.After 10 days of treatment，there were statistically significant differences in inflammatory indicators between the two groups compared with those before treatment （P＜0.05） . In addition to NEU%，the other two indexes in the observation group after treatment were also statistically different from those in the control group during the same period （P＜0.05）；according to the statistics of the final effective rate of the two treatment methods，the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group，and there was a statistical difference （P＜0.05） . Conclusion：Tanreqing injection has a good clinical effect in the treatment of bronchiectasis，which is worthy of popularization and application.
