摘 要 目的：探讨益气滋阴补血方结合二甲双胍治疗Ⅲ期糖尿病性视网膜病变临床效果。方法：选择Ⅲ期糖尿病性视网膜病变患者132例作为研究对象，以随机数表法分为观察组（n=66）和对照组（n=66），对照组使用二甲双胍治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用益气滋阴补血方治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、胰岛素生长因子和血管内生长因子、血肌酐（Scr）、尿素氮（BUN）、尿清蛋白（UAL）水平变化。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率92.42%高于对照组的71.21%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组胰岛素生长因子、血管内生长因子（135.48±16.68）ng/ml、（96.15±33.66）pg/ml水平均低于对照组（145.47±15.55）ng/ml、（115.45±24.26）pg/ml水平，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者Scr、BUN、UAL（90.15±11.77）μmol/L、（4.16±0.73）mmol/L、（62.95±5.54）mg/L水平明显低于对照组Scr、BUN、UAL（98.38±15.37）μmol/L、（4.92±0.99）mmol/L、（79.86±7.26）mg/L水平，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：益气滋阴补血方结合二甲双胍治疗治疗Ⅲ期糖尿病性视网膜病变临床效果显著，值得应用。 
Abstract:
Abstract 〖HT5”SS〗Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yiqi Ziyin Buxue recipe combined with metformin in the treatment of stage III diabetic retinopathy.Methods：132 patients with stage III diabetic retinopathy were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group (n=66) and control group (n=66). The control group was treated with metformin. The observation group was treated with Yiqi Ziyin Buxue recipe on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy，insulin growth factor，vascular growth factor，serum creatinine (Scr)，urea nitrogen (BUN) and urinary albumin (UAL) levels were compared between the two groups. Results：After treatment，the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.42% higher than that of the control group 71.21% (P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of insulin growth factor and endovascular growth factor in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (145.47±15.55)ng/ml，(115.45±24.26)pg/ml.After treatment，the levels of Scr，BUN and UAL (90.15±11.77)umol/L，(4.16±0.73)mmol/L，(62.95±5.54)mg/L in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (98.38±15.37)umol/L，(4.92±0.99)mmol/L，(79.86±7.26)mg/L，with significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion：The clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of stage III diabetic retinopathy is remarkable，and it is worth popularizing and applying.
