摘 要 目的：分析四妙二藤汤联合双氯芬酸钠对类风湿关节炎患者关节情况、炎症指标和复发率的影响。方法：选取74例类风湿关节炎患者，随机分为对照组给予双氯芬酸钠+甲氨蝶呤治疗，研究组给予双氯芬酸钠+四妙二藤汤治疗，两组各37例。比较两组患者治疗后3个月的临床疗效和治疗前后关节压痛评分、关节肿胀指数评分、关节功能评分、血清C反应蛋白（CRP）、红细胞沉降率（ESR）；随访1年，记录两组患者复发情况。结果：治疗后3个月，研究组治疗总有效率较对照组明显升高（P＜0.05）。相比治疗前，两组患者治疗后3个月关节压痛评分、关节肿胀指数评分和关节功能评分均明显减少，且研究组治疗后评分较对照组评分明显减少（P＜0.05）。相比治疗前，两组患者治疗后3个月血清CRP和ESR水平均显著下降，且研究组治疗后血清CRP和ESR水平较对照组显著下降（P＜0.05）。随访1年，研究组复发率较对照组显著下降（P＜0.05）。结论：四妙二藤汤联合双氯芬酸钠治疗可有效改善类风湿关节炎患者关节功能，减轻临床症状，缓解炎症状态，减少复发的发生，具有良好的临床应用价值。
Abstract:
Abstract 〖HT5”SS〗Objective：To analyze the effects of Simiao Erteng decoction combined with diclofenac sodium on joint condition，inflammation index and recurrence rate in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods：74 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into control group treated with diclofenac sodium and methotrexate，and study group treated with diclofenac sodium and Simiao Erteng decoction，37 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy，joint tenderness score，joint swelling index score，joint function score，serum Creactive protein （CRP） and erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） of the two groups were compared after 3 months of treatment，and the recurrence of the two groups was recorded after 1 year of followup. Results：Three months after treatment，the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P＜0.05）. Compared with before treatment，the joint tenderness score，joint swelling index score and joint function score of the two groups after 3 months of treatment were significantly reduced，and the score of the study group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group （P＜0.05）. Compared with before treatment，the levels of CRP and ESR in serum of the two groups decreased significantly after 3 months of treatment，and the levels of CRP and ESR in the study group decreased significantly after treatment compared with the control group （P＜0.05）. The recurrence rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P＜0.05）. Conclusion：Simiao Erteng decoction combined with diclofenac sodium can effectively improve the joint function of patients with rheumatoid arthritis，alleviate clinical symptoms，alleviate inflammation and reduce recurrence，so it has good clinical application value.
