摘 要 目的：研究痹症1号联合洛索洛芬在急性痛风性关节炎患者血清中炎性因子水平变化及疗效观察。方法：将80例急性痛风性关节炎的患者，按照随机对照分为两组，每组40例。观察组给予痹症1号联合洛索洛芬治疗，对照组给予洛索洛芬单药治疗。连用10 d后，比较两组患者治疗前后一般临床指标\[血尿酸（BUA）、血肌酐（Scr）、血尿素氮（BUN）及肾小球滤过率eGFR\]和急性期的炎性指标（ESR、CRP、IL1β、TNFα及MMP9）的水平。结果：观察组的疗效明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜ 0.05）；两组炎性因子水平显著低于治疗前（均P＜ 0.05）；治疗后的观察组炎性因子水平明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（均P＜ 0.05）；治疗前后两组一般临床治疗指标无明显变化，差异无统计学意义（P＞ 0.05）。结论：痹症1号联合洛索洛芬能显著降低急性痛风性关节炎患者血清炎性因子的水平，其临床疗效与单独服用洛索洛芬相比较更好，能明显改善患者的关节症状，有利于其功能恢复。
Abstract:
Abstract 〖HT5”SS〗Objective：To discuss influence and curative effect observation of Bizheng No.1 combined with loxoprofen on serum inflammation in patients with acute gouty arthritis （AGA）. Methods：80 cases of patients with AGA，were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method，40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Bizheng No.1 combined with loxoprofen，and the control group was treated with loxoprofen. At the same time，the two groups of patients were treated with lowsalt，lowfat，lowlow diet，plenty of drinking water，etc. After 10 days of continuous use，the general clinical indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups \[blood uric acid （BUA），serum creatinine （Scr），blood urea nitrogen （BUN） and glomerular filtration rate （eGFR） and acute phase inflammatory markers （ESR，CRP，IL1β，TNFα，and MMP9）. Results：The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）. The levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups obviously declined than before treatment （P＜0.05）. After treatment，the level of the observation group was significantly lower. In the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P＜0.05）. There was no significant change in the general clinical treatment indexes between the two groups before and after treatment （P＞0.05）. Conclusion：Bizheng No.1 combined with loxoprofen can significantly reduce the levels of serum inflammation in patients with acute gouty arthritis，and the effect is not only be better than loxoprofen alone，but also improve the symptom and physical signs and it is favorable for the recovery of function of joint.
