摘 要 目的：探究四妙丸联合盐酸司他斯汀片在阴囊湿疹中的应用效果及对相关血液指标表达的影响。方法：将84例阴囊湿疹患者依据随机分配的原则分为两组，每组各42例。对照组采用四妙丸进行治疗，观察组则采用四妙丸联合盐酸司他斯汀片进行治疗。比较两组的阴囊湿疹治疗总有效率、治疗前后的EASI评分及湿疹相关血液指标（血清IgE、LTB4及LTC4）表达水平。结果：观察组的阴囊湿疹治疗总有效率为85.71%，高于对照组的61.90%（P＜0.05），治疗前两组的EASI评分及阴囊湿疹相关血液指标表达水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗后观察组的EASI评分及阴囊湿疹相关血液指标表达水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：四妙丸联合盐酸司他斯汀片在阴囊湿疹中的应用效果较好，可改善患者的相关血液指标表达情况，因此在阴囊湿疹中的应用价值较高。
Abstract:
Abstract 〖HT5”SS〗Objective：To investigate the application effect of Simiao pills combined with setastine in the patients with scrotal eczema and influence for the expression of blood related indexes.Methods：84 patients with scrotal eczema were divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Simiao pills，the observation group were treated with Simiao pills combined with setastine.Then the scrotal eczema treatment′s total effective rates，EASI score and eczema related blood indexes （serum IgE，LTB4 and LTC4） levels before and after the treatment of two groups were compared.Results：The scrotal eczema treatment’s total effective rates of observation group was 85.71%，and it was higher than 61.90% of control group（P＜0.05），the EASI score and eczema related blood indexes levels of two groups before the treatment were compared，the differences were not statistically significant（P＞0.05），the EASI score and eczema related blood indexes levels of observation group after the treatment were all lower than those of control group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion：The application effect of Simiao pills combined with setastine in the patients with scrotal eczema is better，and it can improve the expression situation of blood related indexes，so its application value in the scrotal eczema is higher.
