摘要:
摘 要 斑秃是一种头发斑片状脱落的皮肤病，是皮肤科常见病，由于不良饮食习惯和来自社会各界压力，本病也是临床中的多发病。牛阳教授临证多年，尤其是对中医温病理论及皮肤病的潜心研究和临床病例的观察，总结出临床上治疗斑秃及湿热病经验。尽管斑秃病因病机变化多端，但结合患者体质特点及生活饮食作息，他认为其主要是由湿热阻滞，肝失条达所致，故在治疗时多强调以清利湿热，疏肝解郁为主，擅用温病名方三仁汤进行加减诊治，使得临床疗效显著，特此介绍。
Abstract:
Abstract 〖HT5”SS〗Alopecia areata is a kind of skin disease with flaky hair loss. It is a common disease in dermatology. Due to bad eating habits and pressure from all walks of life，this disease is also a frequentlyoccurring disease in the clinic. Professor Niuyang has been clinically certified for many years，especially for the study of TCM theory of warm disease and the study of clinical cases and clinical cases，and summarized the clinical experience in the treatment of alopecia areata and damp fever. Although alopecia areata is highly variable due to pathogenesis，combined with the physical characteristics of the patient and the lifestyle of eating and drinking，he believes that it is mainly caused by dampness and heat stagnation and liver loss. Therefore，in the treatment，more emphasis is placed on clearing dampness and heat，soothing liver and relieving depression. The use of warm disease and famous Sanren decoction for the diagnosis and treatment of addition and subtraction，so that the clinical efficacy is significant，hereby introduce.
